    • 4 tablespoons stiff mayonnaise
    • lemon juice
    • salt, celery salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Method

    Thin mayonnaise with lemon juice and season to taste with salt, celery salt and freshly ground black pepper. Combine mayonnaise with shredded lettuce, finely chopped hard-boiled eggs and diced chicken, celery and tuna fish. Mix well. Add more mayonnaise and seasoning if desired.
