    • 2 ounces chocolate
    • ¼ pint milk
    • ¼ ounce

    Method

    Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in an enamelled saucepan with ¼ pint milk. Dissolve chocolate slowly, and cook until smooth. Then remove saucepan from heat, and add the remaining milk and the gelatine, sugar and egg yolks. Stir again over heat until the mixture is almost boiling, and t
