Chocolate Bread Pudding

• 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
• butter
• ¼ pint milk

Dissolve chocolate with 2 ounces butter in the top of a double saucepan; add milk and simmer gently. Sieve sugar over the top; add egg yolks and half the breadcrumbs, and mix welt Stir in remaining breadcrumbs, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, to taste.
