    • ¾ pound sugar
    • pints water
    • ¾ pint


    Bring sugar and water to a boil; boil for 5 minutes. Cool slightly, and add orange juice, lemon juice, and grated orange and lemon rind. Cool; strain through a fine sieve and freeze in the usual way.
