Individual Vol-au-Vent Cases

• 1 recipe puff pastry
• butter
• water
• beaten egg

Cut a circle 2 ½ inches in diameter out of cardboard to use as a pattern, and proceed as above, making 1 vol-au-vent shell for each serving.

Baked vol-au-vents will keep for several days in a tightly closed container.
