    • 2 ounces bitter chocolate
    • ½ pound sugar
    • 2 tablespoon


    Melt chocolate over hot water in the top of a double saucepan. Combine 8 ounces sugar, cornflour and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir in milk; then stir mixture into melted chocolate. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes, or until thick. Pour hot mixture into well-beaten egg
