    • ½ pound sugar
    • ½ level teaspoon powdered cinnamon
    • ½ level

    Method

    Combine sugar, spices, salt, beaten eggs, sour cream, lemon juice and sultanas. Mix until all is thoroughly blended. Pour into pastry shell and bake in a slow oven (350°F-M3) for 1 hour, or until filling has set. Cool.
