    • 8 tablespoons stiff mayonnaise
    • 1 small can black truffles
    • salt, celery salt


    Thin mayonnaise with juice from a small can of black truffles, and season to taste with salt, celery salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add 2 tablespoons finely sliced black truffles to sauce; then combine sauce with shredded lettuce, finely chopped eggs, diced turkey and sliced celery. Mix well.
