Cut ham into ½-inch squares. Roll cheese into small balls. Dice apples, leaving peel on, and dip in lemon juice to preserve their colour. Toss apples and ham in well-flavoured French Dressing. Line a dish with lettuce leaves, and fill with cheese balls, ham and apple. Sprinkle with chopped green pepper and garnish with parsley. Serve with additional French Dressing.
