  • 1 cup/115 g thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice


In a medium bowl, toss together the onion, lime juice, cilantro, chile, and salt. Cover and set aside at room temperature until ready to serve. The salsa can be made up to 8 hours in advance.
