Light and punctuated with bright ginger flavor, this creamy panna cotta is dessert heaven in my book. You can make it year-round, changing the fruit to match the season. In summer, add a shower of fresh blueberries or raspberries; in fall, add a garnish of sliced fresh or poached peaches; in winter, include some chopped candied ginger and satsuma mandarin segments; and in spring, fresh strawberries are perfect.
