When I see bunches of Easter Egg radishes at the farmers’ market they make me smile. They’re so colorful, almost as if an artist took red and white paints and began tinting the red to create a rainbow of pinkish hues. Do the same thing as you assemble the crostini. Mix up the slices so that each toast includes different shades. The crostini would be a delightful appetizer or first course for an Easter brunch or lunch.
