Both the radish tops and roots are used here, giving this salad color and crunch. The creamy lemon-dill dressing is the perfect foil for the sharp, biting flavor of the radishes. Buy red globe radishes with bushy tops so you have enough of the greens to create a mound in the center of each salad plate. Freshly cracked pepper is a terrific accent to the salad.
