I find some foods completely addictive and irresistible, and sweet potato fries are one of them. While I adore the ones that come out of a deep fryer, I am less inclined to make those at home. I bake my fries, and even though they are not as crisp as the deep-fried ones, I am totally satisfied because the flavor, crisp edges, and tender centers are all wonderful.
