Ingredients

  • 250 ml tahina paste
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 lemons

Method

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well until smooth. We like our tahina to be quite thick but if you prefer it more runny or want to use it as a dressing then add a little more water and mix through.
