Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and finely dice the flesh.
Deseed and finely chop the chillies.
Put the onion, tomato and chilli in a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
Salt the tuna steaks and deep fry them until the meat is crispy. Drain on paper towel.
Decorate the tuna steaks
