  1. To make the dressing, preheat a grill to medium and toast the hazelnuts for 5 minutes, or until golden. If they are still in their skins, rub these off with a tea towel, then chop quite finely. Allow to cool. Place the yoghurt, cider, chives and some salt and black pepper in a bowl and combine. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate.
