This easy and unusual salad has a wonderful flavour and is glamorous enough for a dinner party starter.

Method
To make the dressing, place the plums and their syrup, the honey, Worcestershire, soy and Tabasco sauces in a small pan. Bring to the boil over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
