  • 1 jalapeño chile, roughly chopped (optional)
  • ½ poblano chile, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup roughly chopped

Method

In a food processor, combine the jalapeño (if using), poblano, cilantro, green onions, garlic, lime zest and juice, mustard, and salt and process until all the ingredients are finely chopped and juicy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the mayonnaise, and mix well. Refrigerate immediately.
