Combine all of the ingredients, (except the popcorn). Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.
Pop the popcorn when ready to serve. Place the ceviche in individual bowls and serve the popcorn beside it.
If you are feeling adventurous, try and make the sugar/popcorn bread. Heat
