Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. skinless red snapper fillets, medium dice
  • 1 medium red onion, small dice
  • 1 yellow bel

Method

Combine all of the ingredients, (except the popcorn). Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.

Pop the popcorn when ready to serve. Place the ceviche in individual bowls and serve the popcorn beside it.
