Ingredients: Salt and pepper, to taste; ½ cup garlic; Truffle mayonnaise, to taste; ½ bunch sliced chives; 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice; 4 egg yolks; 1 cup shallots; 1 piece crab bacon; 1 qt. salt; 3 cups canola oil; 3 oz. fresh Alaskan king crab meat, sliced thin; 1 piece king crab tail; 3 Tbsp. cracked black pepper; 2 oz. black truffle oil; 38 oz. white wine vinegar; 1 bunch dill; 2 qts. hot water; 1 oz. truffle cheese; 1 qt. white wine; 1 Tbsp. chopped black truffle; 2 qts. sugar; 2 slices brioche bread; 6 lemons

3 oz. fresh Alaskan king crab meat, sliced thin
Truffle mayonnaise, to taste
½ bunch

Method

Combine crab meat with mayonnaise to taste, chives, salt and pepper. Shred truffle cheese onto bread slices. Build the sandwich with mixed crab meat and crab bacon. In a non-stick skillet add butter and place the sandwich in the pan and sauté until golden brown on both sides.

Combine all of the above ingredients. Marinate king crab tail in brine for 1 hour. S
