Method

Purée 1 cup (250 milliliters) roasted cashews with ½ cup (125 milliliters) water in a food processor for about 2 minutes, until smooth. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Expect the mixture to separate somewhat over time. Stir the paste until smooth before using.
