  • butter

Bring a pint of milk to the boil and stir in two ounces of semolina, with three ounces of castor sugar, two of ratafia biscuits, and one of butter. Let it boil for about five minutes, stirring all the time. Pour it into a basin and allow it to cool. Meanwhile switch the whites of three eggs to a froth
