Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Burrata

This is pretty much my perfect summer salad. Burrata, a type of mozzarella, has soft creamy curds in the middle, which is why it is not cut up before it goes into the salad. Freshly ground black pepper and sweet strawberries is one of those surprising culinary relationships that become a happy revelation when first tasted.
