One of my favorite ways to use roasted garlic is to add a few cloves to sesame oil and sprinkle the oil with salt flakes. You can use this oil as a dip for bread or to flavor fish and meats. It also makes a great seasoning for cold soba noodle salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Roasted Garlic (preceding recipe)
  • tsp flaky sea salt, such as Maldon
  • ½ cup
