Try this creamy sauce with crab cakes. It’s also great with fish and vegetables.


  • 1 cup [220 g] tahini
  • 1 cup [240 ml


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
