Torta de Plátano is prepared in several ways. One of them consists of cutting the plantains* into thin strips instead of squares and layering them with the cheese and guava paste; another is blending all the ingredients together and then adding the mixture to the plantain strips; and this one, which is easier to prepare. Use different types of molds like tart pans or mini-muffin pans for different occasions.
