  • 2 balls of cuajada*
  • 1 recipe of Melado
  • Mint or orange leaves, for decorating

Method

  1. Cut each cuajada into 6 pieces and place in dessert dishes.
  2. Pour the melado over each piece.
  3. Serve with mint leaves or orange tree leaves to decorate.
