Many people enjoy eating watermelon at the beach. Try the juice; it will make you want to buy them all year round.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds watermelon pieces, rind included (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Method

  1. Remove all the seeds and rind from the watermelon pieces.
  2. Place the watermelon, ice, sugar, and lime juice in a blender and puree to a smooth consistency, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Serve immediately.
