Smoothies have been on Colombian tables forever. We add milk or not, depending on personal preference, and we use a variety of high fiber and sweet fruits to enhance the flavor and texture of the smoothie. This makes for a complete fruit serving for a day served in such a delicious way that kids can enjoy without knowing it is loaded with vitamins. We actually give smoothies to babies in their bottles after they start eating fruit.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
