For something so simple, this is absolutely delicious.
Divide the dough in half, and cut each portion into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, and when all 16 have been shaped, heat the oil in a large frying pan, flatten each ball of dough into a circle and stretch it with your hands. Place them in the frying pan as you flatten each one. Fry them in the hot oil until lightly golden on both sides. Place them on paper towels to absorb any surface
