Bread with sugar

• 2 hard rolls
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 4 teaspoons

Cut the rolls in half as if to make a sandwich. Spread each of the four halves with butter and sprinkle with sugar so that the sugar sticks to the butter. Cut each piece in half.
