  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped


Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the red pepper flakes and the garlic. When the garlic barely begins to brown, add the cooked spaghetti together with the cooking liquid. Add the broccoli rabe, and the cheese. Mix well, pour onto a serving platter, and serve hot or at room temperature.
