  • 1 pound uncooked linguine
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cl


Cook the linguine in boiling water until al dente, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain, reserving ½ cup cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil, add the garlic and the red pepper flakes, and cook for 1 minute. Add the anchovies, and let them melt into the oil. Add the drained linguine and the reserved
