  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method

Wash and separate the cauliflower into small florets. Bring 4 cups water and the salt to the boil. Add the cauliflower, cook for 10 minutes and remove to a bowl with a skimmer. Cook the pasta in the same water. Reserve ½ cup</
