1 pound uncooked bucatini or perciatelli

Method

Line the bottom and sides of a 9½-inch springform pan with puff pastry, allowing it to overhang the top of the pan. Cut and piece the pastry as necessary to completely line the pan. Keep it cool while you prepare the filling.

Cook the pasta just until limp because it will continue to cook in th
