  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped <

Method

Bring a small pot of water to the boil and dip each of the tomatoes in the boiling water for 30 seconds. Drop into cold water, and take the peel off. Chop the tomatoes. Add the garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix and let stand while you cook the pasta.
