  • ½ bunch Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 strips


Chop the parsley, garlic, and the lemon peel finely by hand. Coarsely chop the capers, and add to the parsley with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well, and let stand until ready to serve. This sauce is excellent on fish or on boiled meats or even on potatoes.
