Method

Place the beef on the counter, cover with the mortadella slices. Meanwhile, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and pignoli. Moisten with the beaten egg, and spread on top of the mortadella. Place the hard-boiled eggs in the middle of the piece of meat end to end, cut side down.
