  • Salt and pepper to taste

Beat the eggs with the flour and ¼ cup water, salt, and pepper. Cut each piece of the zucchini in half, dip each piece in the batter and fry in hot vegetable oil. Drain the oil off on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper while zucchini are hot. Serve immediately.
