  • 6 carrots
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Method

Peel, wash, and cut the carrots into matchsticks. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil, and add the carrots, capers, salt, and red pepper. Stir for about 1 minute.
