Method

Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for 10 minutes or until you can pierce the core with a knife. Remove from the pot, and drop into a bowl of cold water. Remove the core, and separate the florets. Dip each one in the batter, and fry until golden in the hot oil. Drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
