  • 2 cucumbers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped


Peel the cucumbers, quarter them lengthwise, and cut them into ½-inch slices. Place them in a bowl, add salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, olive oil, and lemon juice. Toss well and transfer to a serving dish.
