Method

Prepare the dough and set aside. Thaw the spinach, squeeze between your hands to extract as much liquid as possible, and set aside. Sauté the onion in the olive oil, add the spinach, season with salt, and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add the raisins and the walnuts, mix, and turn off the heat.

Preheat oven to
