Oranges or Tangerines

• Orange-colored almond paste
• Fine box or hand grater
• Orange food color
• Small brush and toothpick

Shape several pieces of the paste into balls and roll each one on a fine grater to texture the surface. Paint each one with orange food color, let dry, then make a little indentation on the top with a toothpick, and make little creases around the little hole.
