Ingredients

  • Green-colored almond paste
  • Small leaf cutters
  • Small knife
  • Tiny rolling pin or an inch piece of a ¾-

Method

Roll out ½ of the green paste, cut out leaf shapes either by hand or with a canapé or cookie cutter, and set aside to decorate the platter when ready to serve the marzipan. Gather up the trimmings, add to the last portion of green paste, and shape the apples.

Keep the marzipan fruits in an airtight container. They will stay soft for one month.
