Ingredients

  • 10 oz. (300 g) medium-sized firm white button mushrooms
  • 1 pinch sugar

Method

Clean, wash, and carefully dry the mushrooms. Finely slice them and place them in a salad dish.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper, sugar, lemon juice, and crème fraîche (or oil).

Season with herbs or spices of your choice and serve chilled.
