  • 1 ¾ sticks (200 g) butter
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Method

Leave the butter at room temperature a little in advance, so that it is soft when you begin preparing the dough.

Grate the lemon zest very finely.

In a salad bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder, then stir in the eggs one by one. Add the softened butter, the grated lemon zest, and the rum.
