  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears (not too ripe)
  • 1 orange

Method

Peel and core the apples and pears, and cut them into quarters. Place the apples and pears in a large salad bowl.

Use a knife to cut off the peel (including the white inner skin) of the orange and grapefruit, then cut out the wedges and add them to the bowl, along with any juice they gave out.
