Use the Curry Powder for best results, or any commercial curry powder (or other spice mix) that you like. A light marinara sauce, perhaps with some shrimp, would be great here, or a dressing of Jus Rôti.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder (See note.)
  • 2 cups flour, plus more for kneading and rolling

Method

  1. Combine the curry powder and flour with a big pinch of salt in either a bowl or the container of a food processor. Add the oil and eggs and beat or process until the dough holds together; add a tablespoon or two of cold water if necessary.
